Today I had a vision in mind of an image I wanted to create. It has been on my mind for a couple of weeks now actually. I took an image of some grasses as a background when I was in Colorado and now I wanted to pair it with an image of a grasshopper.
So today I endeavored to catch a grasshopper and to photograph it in some nice soft natural light. The final step was to combine the background with the grasshopper image in Photoshop. I really like the result of the final image.
