Northern Alligator Lizard
Yesterday while getting a piece of wood from the wood pile I found this young Northern Alligator Lizard under a piece of wood. I did a catch and release. I photographed it then put it back out on a sunny spot this morning where it can warm up and then find a new spot to shelter the last bit of winter. May you have a blessed weekend, chris This image was created with a Canon 7D MkII and a Canon EF-s17-85mm lens at 85 mm.The camera was supported on a Manfrotto 190 XPROB tripod with a Bogen 3055 heavy duty ballhead. Camera settings used were AV mode, ISO 400, F 16.0 at 1/25th of a sec. The lizard was photographed on a white sweep using 2 LED light panels as a light source.
