"Hideout"
The Douglas Tree Squirrels have started using the knothole feeder in my backyard as a place to hideout and feed without being disturbed. Needless to say this has resulted in a few surprises for me when I have been moving the feeders. It's a bit startling to have a squirrel come shooting out of a feeder when you are carrying it! Here is an image of one poking its head up out of the feeder to see if the coast was clear when I deliberately scraped my foot on the ground to get it to come up for a look around. God's light and love to all, chris

ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment, Marie. Douglas Tree Squirrels are one of my favorites because for some reason the kind of remind me of little Teddy Bears.
