Spring Has Arrived
Looking outside today you can tell spring has arrived. (I don't think people in Colorado have the same view as they got a big snowstorm) Our Lilac bush is just starting to bloom and the Daffodils are finishing up. A little beauty in the imperfect or wabi-sabi as the petals are starting to dry up on the ends. Last night was the Worm Moon. Some Native American cultures called it that because the soil was beginning to unfreeze and they could see signs of worms in the top of the ground as they became active in the thaw. I did spend a brief time photographing the birds this morning and I have one image of a Chestnut Backed Chickadee on the old Redwood top. May you have a blessed day, chris
