Today I had to run to downtown Willits, Ca and do some errands. When I passed by the fire station I noticed that they had a big beautiful flower bed out front with some huge sunflowers. I thought to myself this would be perfect for that classic image of a bee on a sunflower that has been down a million times and it still looks good when you do it. I guess that's the magic of bees!
I stopped and took some bee images on one of the sunflowers and then photographed the little buzzing buddies with a more creative twist on a couple of the other flowers too. A good time was had by all.
I can testify that no bees were hurt or injured in the taking of these images.
