The camera was supported with a Manfrotto 190 XPROB tripod with a Bogen 3055 heavy duty ballhead. Camera settings used were AV mode, ISO 800,F 5.6, 1/640th of a sec. BTW it was delicious.

Shakshuka It's What's for Breakfast
Yesterday morning when I woke up I had the desire to have Shakshuka for breakfast. It's a spicy Easter Mediterranean dish made up of spicy vegetables mixed up in a diced tomato sauce with fresh sunny side up eggs served on top.
