This blog is a "Blogs of Note" It was chosen by the Blogger Team at Google as being Interesting and noteworthy. It is a once a week look at what I photograph. Please check out my new book on Amazon. "Secrets of Backyard Bird Photography". It is available in hardbound as well as an ebook. http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Backyard-Photography-Chris-Hansen/dp/1937538559 It would make a great gift for a birder or photographer that you know or just buy it for yourself!
Those photos fill me with foreboding, because the lighting and shutter timing make the landscape look like a benighted place where the dead walk the earth, especially with the downward tilt. Just a random impression that you probably did not intend to make. Thanks for posting the photos.
ReplyDeleteOh my! Really cool to see such a different perspective on these images. If I put myself in a different mental state I can see the images that way. Wow!
DeleteWell I think these photographs have an incredible beauty. Timeless. Evocative of the mystery of being, The mystery of being alive in a wondrous landscape. What a marvellous place to live. Thanks for sharing the beauty.
