Ever Present Little Junco

The most common year round residents around my house are the Dark Eyed Juncos(Junco hyemalis). They are extremely friendly and show little fear of humans. They are very common in the western mountains of North America. During winter they spread out across most of eastern North America. In summer they spread up northward up into the regions of the Arctic Circle A bit closer to home here is one coming to my bird feeders earlier this week. God's love and blessings, chris
